INTRODUCTION

We are thrilled to host the annual Next Step conference in downtown Moscow, Idaho this year! Join us for what is sure to be a time of joyous fellowship and mutual edification.


CHILDCARE &

YOUTH MINISTRY

If you are planning to bring your children to the conference, please register them using any of the free ticket types for children 17 & under.

Children 17 & under are welcome to attend the lectures at no cost. Select the "17 & Under Registration" ticket type and provide the required information to sign your children up to attend the conference.

Children ages 13-17 are eligible for our youth ministry program at no cost. Select the "Ages 13-17 Youth Ministry Program" ticket type and provide the required information to sign your children up. The details of the program will follow. Check back here for updates.

We are happy to offer childcare for children 12 & under during the lecture sessions with Fr. Kevin Jones. Childcare will not be offered during any prayer services, worship services, or other events. Select the "12 & Under (Childcare During Lectures)" ticket type and provide the required information to sign your children up for childcare.

LODGING

The Monarch Motel is a locally-owned option for lodging and they are also holding a block of rooms for us. Prior to May 7, call 208-882-2581 and mention the Next Step Conference. Special rates start at $98.10/night. The Monarch Motel is located in downtown Moscow, is close to many restaurants and shops, and is a 10-minute, half-mile walk to the conference venue.

A guest room block and special rates (starting at $129/night) are being held at the Best Western Plus University Inn. Prior to April 21, please visit Reservations or call 208-882-0550 x 0 and mention the Next Step Conference. When using the link, please confirm your arrival and departure dates at the top of the first page. If the link is showing no availability OR if making reservations after April 21, please call the hotel directly. The Best Western also offers a full, hot complimentary breakfast.

A budget option for lodging ($58/night) would be the Super 8 by Wyndham.

We have also had a few local congregants offer to host out-of-town guests in their homes for the weekend. If that is something you would be interested in, reach out to moscowctk@gmail.com and we will be in touch. Please understand that availability is very limited, and we may not be able to host more than a few guests per home.

COVID-19

We are asking that everyone wear a face-covering (unless medically exempt) while attending the conference. This is in order to comply with our local area's mandate and to protect those who may be especially vulnerable.

VENUE

The historic 1912 Center will be our venue for the weekend's activities. To learn more about this beautiful community space, click here. If you encounter any staff from the the 1912 Center, be sure to thank them for their work—their generosity should not go unrecognized!
